RJI Pre-Surveillance
The Activity Check is the initial lead generating effort utilized in a Worker's Compensation Investigation. Its purpose is an attempt to identify
the specifics of previously unadmitted activities inconsistent with the claimant's alleged restrictions. Intelligence developed by conducting the
initial Activity Check will assist us in determining the best places and times for Telephoto-Video surveillance.
Training

all pertinent legal considerations. Should the results of our inquires made on your behalf require our expert testimony; our personnel are
available to testify at any arbitration or court proceedings that may be required.
Insurance Claims Investigation
RJ Investigation has the capability to conduct any insurance investigation in an efficient and cost effective manner. Some of the various

1. WORKER'S COMPENSATION: RJ investigators work to determine the activities of claimants who have filed for disability benefits.
Activities are checked through professional surveillance operations and video documentation. Thorough background investigations are
performed to determine medical and personal histories of claimants. Working under pretext, investigators interview neighbors, and past
employers of claimants. The RJ goal is always to bring a quick and accurate report, sufficient to determine the applicant's eligibility for
benefits.
2. AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT LIABILITY: RJ investigators obtain copies of accident reports, locate and interview witnesses, check and verify
driver's licenses and registrations, and check circumstances surrounding accidents such as road conditions, traffic signals, visual
impairments, and weather conditions. All information obtained is then presented to our client to assist in settlements or legal preparations.
3. LIFE/HEALTH CLAIMS: RJ investigators attempt to obtain possible hidden facts antedating application for policy, contributing health
factors, and unadmitted activities while receiving disability benefits.
4. SURVEILLANCE: This method of investigation is frequently utilized at facilities where theft, collusion or vandalism is suspected. It is also
an effective method of checking on the activities of truck drivers, vendors, sales representatives, or individuals suspected of supplying
confidential information to competitors. This method of investigation is also a valuable tool in insurance related disability claims.
