UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATIONS:
This term describes an operation where RJI places an undercover investigator in your facility, working on your payroll, performing duties as
one of your own employees. This operative becomes your "eyes and ears" and reports daily on the day to day activities at your facility. This
investigator will be thoroughly trained to observe and report on a wide variety of topics such as production efficiency, drug/alcohol usage
either on the job or prior to reporting for work, time clock irregularities, theft, criminal damage to property, employee morale, supervisor and
management-employee relations, and the efficiency of your general operation. The investigator will also look for positive aspects of your
operation that might otherwise be overlooked. The normal undercover investigation may run from three to six months or longer, depending
on the existing problem and the client's individual needs.
NOTE: All RJ Investigation undercover investigators are drug screened prior to, during, and at the end of each assignment as the
assignment dictates.
